All World Construction LLC is owned by Austin Mitchell. Our construction work includes multi-trade repairs, property-management projects, drainage-related work, stucco, waterproofing, decks, balconies, framing, plumbing, drywall, paint, and concrete. This flood-response site brings the rain-related work into one practical starting point.

What you can expect
- Describe the condition. Share the address, known hazards, where water is collecting, and photos already available safely.
- Confirm the fit. We review current availability, site access, water conditions, equipment suitability, and discharge requirements.
- Approve a defined scope. We explain proposed work and pricing before chargeable work begins.
- Document the next step. Separate temporary response from drying, cleanup, specialist clearance, and permanent construction repairs.
For a property manager or HOA, we identify the authorization contact and access arrangements before work proceeds. A clear handoff matters as much as the immediate task.
Construction experience with honest service limits
We do not present this service as a large disaster-restoration operation. Crew availability, equipment and materials are confirmed for the specific request. There is no guaranteed arrival time or automatic dispatch. We do not advertise 24-hour staffing.
Rescue, fast-moving floodwater, energized water, unsafe structures, confined-space entry, sewage cleanup, hazardous materials, mold remediation, and asbestos work are outside this initial response scope. Structural drying or contamination work may require a qualified restoration provider before AWC can begin repairs.
Pumping lowers standing water; it does not establish a dry, sanitary, mold-free or safe-to-occupy building. Temporary barriers reduce exposure in suitable conditions but cannot guarantee that water stays out.
Plan permanent repairs after the immediate problem
When a drainage, exterior, water-damage, HOA or multi-trade repair needs site verification, AWC offers a $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package. The $250 is credited back if the work is approved within 30 days. Emergency response is scoped and priced separately; this package is not an emergency pump-out price.
